About Lilly:
Lilly's professional journey began in the gym as a personal trainer and trauma-sensitive yoga instructor. It was during this time that she noticed how openly her clients shared intimate details of their lives, which sparked a calling in her to pursue a career in psychotherapy. After earning a Master's in Social Work, she began work as a therapist.
However, Lilly soon realized the limitations of traditional talk therapy and felt compelled to explore alternative paths. With a desire to offer a more holistic experience, she transitioned into coaching. Integrating various transformative tools such as movement, breathwork, meditation, and the Enneagram.
Lilly's coaching practice is focused on teaching healthy relationship fundamentals and effective communication.
